Application procedure for students from partner universities
After you have been nominated by your home university, please submit the document "Student Application Form" together with the required documents by e-mail to io@hs-rottenburg.de.
Nomination deadlines:
1 May for the winter semester
1 November for the summer semester
Application deadlines:
31 May for the winter semester (lectures start at the beginning of October)
30 November for the summer semester (lectures start in mid-March)
Course catalogue/study and examination regulations
Before completing the Learning Agreement, speak to the Erasmus programme coordinator to clarify any subject-related questions about courses, seminars, credits, etc. Check the course catalogue and the study and examination regulations to find out which lectures you can attend in which semester. If you attend lectures from different semesters, there may be overlaps. The course catalogue or timetable is only available on the homepage shortly before the start of the semester. If there are any changes to the Learning Agreement, please enter them on page 2 of the form and have the amended Learning Agreement signed again by the coordinator responsible at your home university.
